First Job!

Here we go guys! Time to grow up!

It seems that I will be legally an adult in 5 months. Guess its time to get a job, start putting away money, and looking into getting my license. (Yeah, that's right, I'm 17 and still have no license)

Well, yesterday was a momentous day for me! 

After 3 interviews with the same people

I GOT A JOB AT VALUE VILLAGE! 

This is how we celebrated! Two VERY lactose intolerant women went out for ice cream. Yeah. How smart is that! But I think it was totally worth it. Yummy to NO end. 

Correction... It stopped being yummy when my body started freaking out at me, screaming something about pain....

Today I start my very first job. I sincerely hope that I enjoy working at Value Village, that I love most of my coworkers, and that I can hold a job down without making a ton of mistakes. 

 

So here is to growing up and taking responsibility.
