Sweet Potato Maddness

OK so I have a sliiiight addiction to Sweet Potatoes.... OK, more then slight! I seriously LOVE sweet potatoes more then basically any other food... ever! So today I was REEEALLLY craving sweet potatoes, but we didn't have any :( So I was trying to think of someone who would probably have at least one sweet potato laying around their house. A lady from my church came to mind, so I called her up. AND GUESS WHAT!?!?!?! SHE HAD ONE!!! :D!!! So right now, I have sweet potatoes covered in butter and brown sugar cooking at 350 degrees! :) IM SO FREAKING EXCITED!! Thank you sister Congdon!
