Happy 11/11/11

Today is the ultimate wish day. I've been thinking long and hard about what I want my wish to be. Yesterday I had my wish all planned out, I even told my friend Jacob what I was gonna wish for. But last night I realized something... I have everything I could ever want.... EVERYTHING. And my parents may beg to differ, but everything I've ever wished for has either happened, or will be happening in the near future.

So now I sit here wondering what I could possibly wish for in the next hour, at 11:11 AM. Because, I'd like to be able to tell my/our kids about how I was alive on November 11th, 2011 and I made a wish at 11:11 AM... and how I even got my wish to come true.

I realized last night that I can't just wish for things... I actually have to work for them. So I am making a new resolution that instead of just wishing for things to happen, I'm actually gonna work for them. I'm going to read my scriptures every single night (last night I read 3rd Nephi chapter 24) I'm going to say my prayers every morning and night (I've always been good about night prayers, not so much morning) and I'm gonna try harder in school.

HAAH! my mom got really pissed off at me this morning cuz I was being "Too happy" :)) I think that is SO funny! I cant wait to see how long it takes to piss everybody else off with how happy I am right now.

So yeah, HAPPY 11/11/11 !!!!! I hope everybody that makes a wish today will be able to work toward their dreams like we are, and not just leave the work up to the magic of the day.
