The Healing Process

The pain that wracks my heart

That is ripping up my mind

The hurt that is inside

That is making me go blind

Pain that I don't understand

And I cannot explain

Make it go away 

The pain makes me insane

I take a deep breath

And let out what I feel inside

I feel the pain release

I feel the pain subside

The memories are there 

They never go away

The thoughts and feelings live

And I want them to stay

These feelings I cant explain

That remind me of you

Remember all the words

All the things I cant undo

But I let all of this stay

So my heart can heal

I let the tears fall down

So I know all of this is real
